The process

  • Let’s start with your vision! Whether it's a favorite photo, a memory you love, or an idea that’s been floating around in your mind, I’d love to hear about it. Just fill out the form here, and we’ll chat through how to bring it to life.

  • Once we have a clear idea of your piece, I’ll send over a contract to confirm the details. A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot.

  • Once your spot is secured, I’ll get to work! Using your photos and ideas as my guide, I’ll start crafting your painting. The whole process takes about 3-5 weeks.

  • I want this to be perfect for you, so I include up to three rounds of revisions. That way, you can fine-tune the details and make sure it’s exactly what you imagined.

  • Once it’s all complete, your artwork gets carefully packaged up and sent your way. I handle everything with care, so it arrives ready to bring joy to your space.

  • What’s the typical timeline to complete a painting?

    Between 4-8 weeks!

  • Can you combine reference photos to create one piece?

    Definitely! I can work with multiple reference photos to create a single piece that captures everything you have in mind.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes — please reach out to receive a custom quote for international shipping, and please note that the client is responsible for import and duty taxes.

  • Do I get any revisions on my commission?

    Yes! While many of my clients have a love-at-first-sight moment with their commissions, I offer up to 3 rounds of edits to ensure it has captured your vision.

  • Do you seal your paintings with anything to protect it?

    Yes! I seal my acrylic paintings with a varnish so that is nice and shiny, as well as protected from the elements.

  • Do you have a refund policy?

    The 50% deposit is non-refundable since it reserves your spot and covers the start of your custom piece. Once the final painting is completed, approved, and shipped, all sales are final. This helps make sure everything is just right before the artwork heads your way.

  • What sizes are available for commission?

    Our most popular sizes are 16×20 and 18×24, but we can customize the canvas size to fit your space perfectly. Just fill out the inquiry form here, and we’ll be happy to chat about the best size for your needs.

  • Can I see progress updates as you paint?

    I can share progress updates upon request. Just keep an open mind—what you see halfway through won’t be a perfect depiction of the end result. It’s all part of the creative process, so trust that it’ll come together beautifully in the end.
